To grow new humans, over 9 months, gradually, the body’s whole centre of gravity shifts, the blood supply becomes shared, tissues start to expand, hormones change, the body prepares for birth, for lactation, for parenting! This is such a huge shift that is felt in more ways than physical. In the mean time, inside the womb a new little being is forming, growing different body parts, developing senses, feelings, thoughts…and the bond between mother and child begins.
However the world carries on. Jobs, chores, studies, relationships, world news; maternity leave doesn’t come in place until the last few weeks. So it’s the perfect time to be receiving as much support and nourishment as possible. Massage can play a beautiful part in this process, and an aromatherapy massage can aid various ailments of the time as well as just add the extra luxury element to the treatment.

Whether you are feeling stuck, going through a tricky time, need some grounding or are just curious, a one hour treatment will help you shift your vibration to a new level. This is mostly a hands-off treatment but can be combined with massage.
Reiki is administered by “laying on hands” and is based on the concept that “life force energy” flows through us and is vital to our wellbeing. It is very gentle and grounding. Can be done on its own or added to a massage or Crystal session.

Aromatherapy is performed with oil on the skin, your privacy will be respected at all times.
Energy healing lasts 50 to 60 minutes, it is performed fully clothed and can be used in combination.
If you hope to have an optimal blend of Energy work and Massage please book for 90 minutes.
Please give 24 hours notice if you can’t make your appointment, otherwise a £20 cancellation fee will be charged.
On the day of your booking
Payments to be made in cash, card or bank transfer on the day, before or after the treatment.
All information you tell me is strictly confidential, solely used for the purpose of customising your treatment.
The treatments I offer don’t intend to diagnose any illnesses, if you are concerned about your health please check with your GP first.
It is advised you refrain from drinking alcohol on the day of your treatment, before and after as your body will be getting rid of toxins.
It is also recommended to leave at least 45 mins after your last meal before coming.
Avoiding having a bath or shower for 12 hours after an aromatherapy massage gives your body a chance to fully absorb the essential oils gaining more benefit from their properties.
This is your treatment, if at any point you express discomfort or want me to stop, let me know.
I reserve the right to refuse a treatment or refer when necessary at my discretion.
“I found Cecilia to be extremely profesional in all aspects of her work. She clearly explained the oils that where being used and their properties. I found over the treatments the areas I had pain with reduced significantly. The actual treatment was excellent and incredibly relaxing as well as very helpful in reaching the aches, pains and strains of life.” Phil, London
“I’ve been having massages from Cecilia over the past 5 years and have felt a great benefit, especially in my lower back and across the shoulders where I had stored a lot of tension. Every session was very relaxing and restorative. Cecilia is very dedicated to her work and my only complaint is that she has moved to Bristol and is not around to give me a massage on a regular basis.” Ian, London
