A full body low impact workout that combines elements of Ballet training, Pilates and Yoga. This is a place to work hard but have fun, with loads of variety in the process of increasing the tone and strength of our bodies. No dance experience necessary.

This class is all about creativity, exploring belly dance moves to a variety of music, and adding inspiration from modern dance forms, theatre and performance art. A great way to challenge your coordination, work on isolations and waves and connect with your body. This class is taught alongside Pearl Boheme
