Barre Classes

  • Barre is a low impact short class to get the body working for the day incorporating mobility and coordination challenges.

  • Bring comfortable clothing and some water. if you don’t want to be bare foot, bring non-slip socks.

A dynamic, and varied combination of movement inspired by Pilates, Yoga, Fitness, and Ballet. Working on the full body in a fun rhythmic way that builds strength and stability and overtime can increase also our flexibility. Most importantly it’s about staying present, challenging our body and feeling good.

At times it will be at a barre, at times standing, kneeling or on the floor. At times we will use props, get silly, challenge our coordination but no jumping or high impact required. We will work hard, however I am all about making it as inclusive and accessible as possible.
