Cacao, Womb and Plants Gathering, Healing the sacred Feminine with Danilua
Using Cacao from the Sierra Nevada of Santa Marta, Colombia, Danilua invites us to her sharing of ancestral knowledge of the sacred feminine.
Earlier last month I had the joy to meet Danilua through dance. And a couple of chats later, it became apparent that I am being called to serve cacao once again, and with such close personal link to my homeland and this very special place, and with such a great and safe energy that Danilua brings, I am delighted to be collaborating with her to bring this event to Bristol.
Exploring through movement, traditional dance and song Danilua will lead us to reconnect with this ancestral knowledge and meet our inner light, manifestation and magic.
Danilua Salgado is visiting us from Colombia and will be sharing some of her ancestral knowledge through cacao, plants, music and dance. She is an artists, dancer, singer of root music and intuitive song, She is part of the collective "Cacao Corazon del mundo", walking the paths of ancestral wisdom of the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, Colombia, creating actions of wellbeing for the earth and its beings with the guidance of the cacao spirit and a heart medicine. She invites us to her sharing of ancestral knowledge through Cacao, other plants, massage, music and dance.
This Cacao comes from the UNESCO world heritage site of the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, Colombia, where the Kogui (one of the indigenous tribes who live there) understand it to be the heart of the world.
What to Bring?
-Heart, Body and Spirit open to the experience
-An amulet or precious object for the Shrine
-Yoga mat and Blanket
-Favourite mug (There will be some available to use too)
-Comfortable clothing, (Option to be topless too if comfortable)
-Pestle and Mortar
-Come with a friend or partner if you dont feel comfortable with physical touch with another participant
-Option to bring an musical instrument
On the day:
*Danilua will be Speaking in Spanish, Cecilia will be translating.
First we will share a cup of 100% cacao to open up our hearts.
Then we will work on our bodies, learning a way to massage our back to relax. We will locate our Uterus and will work on massage for it strengthening letting go of negative energies.
We will work with plants to sweeten our bodies and our Uterus. We will work with medicinal chants to open up channels of energy.
