• A full body low impact workout that combines elements of Ballet training, Pilates and Yoga. This is a place to work hard but have fun, with loads of variety in the process of increasing the tone and strength of our bodies. No dance experience necessary.

  • This class is all about creativity, exploring belly dance moves to a variety of music, and adding inspiration from modern dance forms, theatre and performance art. A great way to challenge your coordination, work on isolations and waves and connect with your body. This class is taught alongside Pearl Boheme
