About

Originally from Colombia I have been living in the UK for over 20 years.

Art and Movement exploration have been my constant over the years, and my Therapy practice has been my anchoring offering.

As a complimentary therapist I work aiming to support each individual in a holistic way, to take charge of their own self-healing journey, combining techniques and adapting the treatment to meet the needs of each person.

My movement practice has evolved from a theatre background, Stilt walking and Poi spinning into Fusion belly dance and other dance form explorations, All supported by years of Yoga and Pilates. I then discovered Barre and found it incorporates a lot of these elements and has supported my fitness helping my dance practice, So now I teach Barre as well as Fusion belly dance.

Arts and Crafts is what I have carried with me since forever, In terms of my practice, it has had its bigger strength through face painting, body painting, theatrical make up and special effects, however I am always up for exploring and growing my sculpting and painting practice and for collaborations or supporting other’s artistic projects.

Just as life is a continuous learning process, I am still learning and expanding my practice..
