This is my offering of relaxation, nurturing, tuning in or zoning out. Choosing the right essential oils for a deep tissue holistic massage or a more gentle Aromatherapy massage. Or working energetically through Crystal therapy or Reiki, or a combination of all.
To be able to move with playfulness, strength and stability is at the core of what I do. Through Barre classes I hope to help in a fun, varied way to build this strength and Stability. Through Fusion belly dance we combine coordination and creativity for a great balanced exploration of body and mind.
Creativity and transformation can take many forms. Here you enter my creative offerings, Wether that might be Face painting, Body painting and theatrical make up, masks or other concepts of collaborations.
